The Eighteenth Conference Of Kalame Seva Was Held under the title of "Religious Considerations In The International Propagation Of Islam"

As reported by the public relations of Xorasan Seminary, the eighteenth conference of Kalame Seva was held in English by the think tank of Islam, Religions, and Intercultural Relations and under the title of “Religious Considerations In The International Propagation Of Islam”.
In this conference, Hojjatul Islam wal Muslimeen Mr. Ansari pointed primarily to the necessity of learning English and called the current way of learning English in the institutes insufficient for the international propagation.
The active international missioner pointed out that the English language we need for the propagation of Islam is different from the one often taught in the institutes.
Mentioning the fact that there are 60 translations of Quran, he said that only about five of them are done by Shiite translators and it shows the need of work in the Islamic texts translation itself.
In the second part of his speech, the active international missioner elaborated the concept of “Cultural Awareness” and explained focusing on the audience and the result in the international propagation using various examples from his own experiences.
Hojjatul Islam wal Muslimeen Mr. Ansari called the sufficient knowledge and experience of the audiences’ cultural differences the prerequisite of successful propagation. He said it is necessary in this area to take advantage of cultural studies beside propagation knowledge. In the end, he answered the audiences’ questions.
It is worth mentioning that the series of specialized meetings of Kalame Seva are held weekly where the think tank is placed by the think tank of Islam, Religions, and Intercultural Relations of Xorasan Seminary.
