As reported by the public relations of Xorasan Seminary, Brigadier General Nejati met with Ayatollah Ameli, the manager of Xorasan Seminary, at the site of the Xorasan Seminary Management Center. Pointing out that Xorasan played a very important role in the holy defense, he said that it had four operational divisions and specialized groups which have been very active in different fields such as power and support. He added that Xorasan presented nearly 300,000 fighters in the war, with 475 battalion commander martyrs and eight national martyrs.
He added that that is why we have the rich resources of the holy defense treasure that we should be able to promote the knowledge, and in the unequal culture of war that the enemy has begun against our nation, we should use these skills, provide the holy defense life style, and protect people against those attacks.
He declared that different programs have been performed in Qom and other provinces to demonstrate the role of the clergy in the holy defense and the role of the culture of jihad, sacrifice, and martyrdom, and we hope the same programs will be carried out in Xorasan as well.
It should be noted that one of the regulations of this session and the previous sessions in this regard is the adoption of a course of getting familiar with the holy defense as a semi-compulsory lecture for the level one students of Xorasan Seminary, which will be implemented along with other regulations.
