The advent of Imam of the time (May God hasten his reappearance) and his resistance against infidelity, which started in 61 AH in Karbala, is the end of the war of Karbala. This means that “the movement of the followers of Yazid” will be suppressed not only among Muslim Ummah but also among human race, and Imam Hosein’s learnings dominates the world.
As reported by the public relations of Xorasan Seminary, Ayatollah Seyed Ahmad Alamolhoda, among the mourners of Imam Hosein (as) in the holy shrine of Imam Reza (as), asked if Imam Hosein (as) was the winner in Karbala and said: this claim must be proved, and slogans, loving the loved ones in Karbala, devotion and affiliation with Seyed Alshohada and Ahl al-Bayt (as) cannot answer this question.
He declared: we must know where the winning of Imam Hosein (as) is today, and if Imam Hosein (as) was really the winner of the war?! If we understand it now, we will understand Ashura deeply and realize the reality of the war of Imam Hosein (as).
The representative of the Vali-e Faqih in Razavi Xorasan said: winning or losing in any fight can be determined when the fight is over, so until the fight finishes, we cannot judge winning or losing of a side.
Ayatollah Alamolhoda added: the problem is that Karbala is not over yet to say whether Imam Hosein (as) has won or lost, and as long as the fight is going on, it is not acceptable to say one side has won or lost.
The representative of the Vali-e Faqih in Razavi Xorasan noted: Karbala was confrontation of worldly and evil-minded movement against the God and the duty-centered movement, and the war between these two movements did not finish in Karbala.
He stated that Karbala was the beginning of a confrontation and the start of a war and the end of which is where the last one of Karbala’s army appears. He added: The confrontation of the two movements of right and wrong and the armies of Imam Hosein (as) and Omar Sa’d Yazidi still goes on.
Imam of the time (May God hasten his reappearance) is the last one of Karbala’s army.
The representative of the Vali-e Faqih in Razavi Xorasan said: the reason of the fact that when Imam of the time (May God hasten his reappearance) appears, he starts introducing himself by saying “I am the one whose grandfather Imam Hosein (as) was killed thirsty” is that he wants people to know he is Imam Hosein’s (as) descendant and the last one of Karbala’s army who has come to take a stand in the confrontation of the movements of Imam Hosein (as) and infidelity.
Ayatollah Alamolhoda noted that Imam of the time (May God hasten his reappearance) will finish the last line of the movement which started in 61 AH. This does not mean that only the movement of followers of Yazid will be suppressed among Muslim Ummah, but also infidelity and arrogance will be eradicated, all followers of Yazid among human race will be suppressed, Imam Hosein (as) and his teachings will rule the world, and then, when the war is over, the winner can be determined.
The Friday prayer leader of Mashhad noting that the issue of Karbala was the confrontation of two movements of right and wrong, not a personal confrontation, said: Karbala is not the battle of Bani Umayya and Bani Hashem. It’s a lie that a Sunni writer has put in his analysis and has set Bani Hashem the defeated one in the field.
Ayatollah Alamolhoda said: today, the God-centered people must rise up against a world that throws humankind into being bon vivants, and this is not going to happen only with slogans and rituals stimulating emotions.
