Ayatollah Khamenei: Many of Imam Khomeini’s aspirations were fulfilled after he passed away. National self-belief and self-sufficiency, the scientific, technological and political advances of the country, and the expansion of the influence that the nation and the Islamic Republic achieved in the vast region of West Asia and North Africa are among the aspirations that have been fulfilled. Many of these aspirations have come true and many others will, by Allah’s favor, come true in the future.
