While visiting the booth of Xorasan Seminary in the twenty-sixth International Quran Exhibition in Tehran, Hojjatul Islam wal Muslimeen Hamid Mohammmadi talked with the reporter of the public relations of Xorasan Seminary. He said that the innovations of seminaries these days contain starting new specialized majors and research centers and attracting more people. He said that Xorasan Seminary has had as many new students as all the seminaries throughout the country, and that is a sign of attraction and motivation made in this province.
He said that Xorasan Seminary, as one of the leaders in the seminary activities, has undoubtedly taken great steps in educational, research, cultural and propagational areas.
Chairman Deputy and Secretary of the Council for the Development of the Quranic Culture of the Country mentioned that Xorasan is the center of different sciences containing ethics and Arabic literature. He added that great works been done in the fields of Feqh and theology which show that this old seminary has a long honorable history.
Hojjatul Islam wal Muslimeen Mr. Mohammadi said that the recent deeds in Xorasan Seminary are shinier than before. He said that Xorasan Seminary, with the path it is on, can regain its previous great status and lead a lot of shining activities in the field of Islamic sciences and show the path to those interested.
Pointing to the booth layout in this exhibition, he said that the simple, attractive and spiritual condition of the booth of Xorasan Seminary and preparing some space for holding meetings is different from other booths, and I hope that with showing the performance of this seminary, people will have more interaction with seminaries.
